이온교환섬유

IMATEK&K, LTD 이온교환섬유

이온교환 섬유는 특별한 물성을 가진 섬유로, space-cross-linked되어진 3D 결합 구조를 가진 산, 알카리성 기능을 함유한 방향성 고분자 물질로 구성되어져 있습니다.

이온교환 섬유의 주요 특징으로 액상 물질을 해리하는 기능이 있으며, 화학 흡착 뿐만 아니라 gegenion을 교환 할 수 있습니다. 산, 알카리의 이온교환 및 산화, 환원 및 촉매 기능이 가능하며, 재생하여 반복 사용 할 수 있습니다.

이온교환기에 따라 양이온 교환 섬유 및 음이온 교환 섬유가 있으며, 이온교환 반응이 빠르며, 흡수력 및 탈착이 신속히 이루어져 압력 손실이 거의 없습니다.

이온 교환 섬유의 장점

① 수질 및 가스 정제 공정의 이온교환기와 비교하여 이온 교환 섬유의 장점의 다음과 같습니다.
② 저농도 흡착 물질(0.1-500mg/m³ air 또는 0.01-10mg/l water)의 고순도의 정제
③ 이온 교환 섬유는 (흔히 사용되는 섬유, "knop"원사, thread, non-weaven) 다양한 형태(화학적 흡착)로 제작되어, 다양한 기술 공정 설계가 가능합니다.
④ monofilament(5-10㎛)의 극세사로 기존 gel 이온 교환(0.1m²/g)과 비교하여 섬유의 표면적(0.5-10m²/g)을 폭넓게 사용할 수 있습니다.
⑤ 빠른 흡착 재생 속도(이온 교환 수지와 비교하여 10-20배)를 나타냅니다.
⑥ 흡착 물질의 농도에 관계없이 강력한 여과 상태로 50-90%까지의 이온 교환 용량을 나타냅니다.
⑦ 가스와 수질 정화 시스템에서 공칭 여과(30m²/m³까지) 및 표면 접촉 면적(80m²/m³)이 광범위 합니다.
⑧ 필터층의 공기 저항 및 유체 저항이 낮습니다.
⑨ 연속적 흡착-재생 공정이 가능합니다.
⑩ 기계적 정화 및 이온교환(화학적 흡착) 정화를 혼용 할 수 있습니다.

MION AK-22

MION AK-22 is a weak-base fibrous anion-exchanger with three-dimensional cross-linked structure.
It is widely applied in vent filters for air purification from gases and vapors of acid nature, in masks for respiratory protection from vapors of acids and acid gases. Cloth made of MION AK-22 is used for special acid-protective clothes.

MION K-2 / MION K-5

MION K-5 is a weak acid fibrous cation-exchanger with a three-dimensional cross-linked structure.
It is applied in vent filters for air purification from ammonia, organic amines, alkali aerosols, in masks for respiratory protection from ammonia and amine vapors.

It is used in water purifiers for iron and heavy metal ions removal.
